Hi! I am Barbara Gandica Martinez, a Venezuelan designer based in Dallas, TX.

I am a student at the University of Texas at Dallas, majoring in Art, Technology, and Emerging Communications.

I have interned in the Cleveland FED as a communications intern, focusing on social media marketing. As well as, And I Like Cheesecakes where I worked as a marketing intern. There I got to work on website design for their e-commerce site.

While studying at Dallas College Richland Campus, I started my work experience at Richland Student Media as a Design Editor and later Editor-in-chief. There I led a fantastic team of student journalists to create our weekly newspaper, the Richland Chronicle.
